Come and experience the charm and revitalization of Old Town Manchester in this luxury home that will meet all of your needs. Here is our description of our three-level townhome (there are three flights of stairs).
TOP-LEVEL:
The top level features 1 ensuite bedroom (King Bed), one queen bedroom, one bunk bedroom (double bed on bottom, twin bed on top), one shared full bathroom with tub in the hallway (potty chair and step stool located under the sink), and the laundry room.
The en suite King bedroom has a 45" smart TV, double shower head walk-in shower, pack n' play (located in the closet), iron and ironing board, desk, adjustable swivel chair, memory foam mattress, velvet black-out curtains, and sound machine to ensure a peaceful night of sleep.
The Queen bedroom has a memory foam mattress, a 32” smart TV, extra blankets, black-out curtains, and a sound machine.
Physical Therapist, LPT
The Bunk Bed bedroom has a dresser that also serves as a changing table, children's toys (ages 2-7), a 32” TV, sound machine, and black-out curtains.
MID-LEVEL:
The second level features a spacious kitchen, living and dining area, and a 1/2 bath. Step outside the dining area to relax on the balcony deck and enjoy the RVA city skyline.
The kitchen is well-stocked with any cooking supplies you could need, including children's dishes, a blender, a mixer, an espresso maker, a coffee maker, and a 7-foot island. Complete with a dishwasher and disposal, cleaning up after a snack or meal is quick and easy. The kitchen pantry is stocked with staples: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, coffee, and creamers, as well as, a highchair.
The dining area features a large table for 8 (4 additional seats at the island).
The living area has one large couch and two comfy armchairs. Enjoy movies, shows, and music on a 55" smart TV, as well as, books, magazines, games, and a desk for anyone needing to have an extra workspace.
LOWER LEVEL:
Entering the lower level you will be welcomed by an entry area that leads to a media room that features a 75" Smart TV, board games, puzzles, and a wrap-around couch that pulls out into a full-sized bed. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are found in the media cabinet
A 1/2 bath found on this level is very convenient for those staying in the lower level, as well as, those entering or exiting the home.
Inside the single garage, a Game Room has been set up complete with a full-size Ping Pong Table, life-size Connect Four, and Jenga.
BEDDING and LINENS:
We provide all linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach/swimming towels if you plan to go to the James River, Belle Isle, or Brown's Island).
Towels, washcloths, hand towels, bed linens, comforters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and additional blankets are provided for every guest.
EXTERIOR:
A private driveway and front entry door give you private and free parking on-site for two mid-size vehicles and additional parking can be found throughout the neighborhood in designated areas only.
GUEST ACCESS:
You'll have the entire home to yourself. We're minutes away if you need anything at all. The home has keyless entry and doorbell video surveillance for security.
LOCATION:
Richmond is located in the heart of Virginia, less than 1 hour from Charlottesville (The East Coast Wine Country), 2 hours from Washington DC (Our nation's Capital), and Virginia Beach, and less than an hour away from Williamsburg/Jamestown with attractions like Busch Gardens and Water Country. There is truly so much to do within such a short amount of time surrounding the great city of Richmond. Not to mention, all of the amazing Cideries, Wineries, and Breweries, you can not go wrong choosing to spend a vacation in Richmond.
